Cloud backup and syncing are not available yet. Your rounds and scorecard photos stay in the browser on the device where you save them. Signing in on another device will not bring them across.
We recommend using your phone: it is the easiest way to take and upload scorecard photos. Use the same browser each time, and export backups. Clearing browser data or using private browsing can remove your saved rounds.
During the beta, Charlie can see your sign-ins, scan attempts and outcomes, confirmations of scanned rounds saved, and required scan questionnaires and any additional feedback you send. This is linked to your beta email. Complete a short questionnaire after reviewing each scan before continuing or starting another scan. Your scorecard photos and round scores are not included in this dashboard.

Your browser remembers access for seven days. Signing out does not delete saved rounds. Use your own device; different beta logins in the same browser share its local round storage.
